What a wonderful week in second grade. Wow! The biography presentations were wonderful. We all learned so much from each presentation. I think this year’s presentations were the best yet. Thank you for working with your child and helping them practice their presentation. They were so ready and even though they admitted that they were nervous, no one would ever know. I am so proud of their efforts!

Thank you for bringing your children to the Eucharist meeting Thursday evening. Fr. Chris visited our classrooms to talk more about the Eucharist and answered any other questions the children had about receiving the Eucharist.

Please remember that we have a 2 p.m. dismissal on Wednesday, March 16th. This is a great opportunity to head over to Hacienda on Portage Road to support our Drama Club here at CKS.

Please also remember that Friday, March 18th is our St. Joseph Father’s Day Mass. Fathers or Father figures can join their child at Mass on Friday. Mass will begin at 8:15 a.m. Please have your child drop their bag off to the classroom before heading over to the church Friday morning. This Mass is very crowded so there won’t be extra room for backpacks. If you have a prior commitment and cannot make it to this Mass, Mrs. Szucs and I would be happy to sit with your child.

Have a wonderful week!
