I hope you had a wonderful week! Today was bittersweet for all of us. We had to say goodbye to Miss Kenesey. It was such a blessing to witness her growth in our classroom. She found that each of your children are gifts to treasure. She promises to come back and visit often.
Thank you so much for all of your generous gifts to Miss Kennesey. She was overwhelmed with your generosity. We ended up with two baskets full of teaching supplies, seasonal books, and a mini laminator to get her started her first year teaching. Your generosity was unmatched!
We are looking forward to our biography presentations next week. We will be starting the presentations at about 8:20 a.m. and they will continue until about 9:20 a.m. On the day of the presentations, please have your child dress in character. They are welcome to stay dressed in character for the day, or they may change into their school uniform. If your child presents on Wednesday, please make sure they have their regular uniform to change into for our All School Mass. They may bring their note cards and any props that they have. Remind your child that they should ask a question at the end of the presentation. I look forward to learning from the children. They always have so much wonderful information to share.
There is no spelling list this week because of our biography presentations.
There is no school on Monday.
Please remember the following upcoming dates.
