At Christ the King we encourage our parishioners to live a life of gratitude and stewardship. Your commitment to giving of your time, talent and treasure is important for a vital Christian life and parish community. Please spend some time experiencing our parish ministries and activities, participating in our Sunday Mass, exploring our Ministry Directory and Time and Talent Form and talking with other parish members.
Your gift of treasure should also fully express your gratitude to God for all you have received. We pray that God will always help us to be wise and generous stewards of the gifts He has given us. May the generosity of all who give of themselves for the good of others always be life-giving for each person and family of our parish.
Please take a moment to download and read our Ministry Directory. This Directory will briefly describe all the ministry opportunities available in our community while also highlighting those ministries that are new or that are in greatest need of new volunteers.
Once you have discerned the ways that God has called you to share your time and talent, please complete a Time and Talent Form and return it by dropping it off at the rectory office or placing it in the offertory basket.
If you have any questions, please contact the parish office (574)272-3113.
Please prayerfully consider giving whatever you are able for this appeal…if financial resources are tight now, then prayer is a wonderful way to contribute. The more we work together as brothers and sisters in Christ, the more we become a true parish, a “family of families” seeking to build the kingdom of God, to love one another as He loves us.

Through this sister parish relationship, we plan to raise funds to support the work of Holy Cross at Corpus Christi, Jalchatra. However, we strive to build a relationship that goes beyond fundraising, a mutual relationship where our two parishes can grow in faith by learning about each other. Our Parish Twinning Committee works with several parish and school groups on projects that deepen our relationship with Corpus Christi Jalchatra.
“As disciples of Jesus we stand side by side with all people. Like them we are burdened by the same struggles and beset by the same weaknesses; like them we are made new by the same Lord’s love; like them we hope for a world where justice and love prevail. Thus, wherever through its superiors the congregation sends us we go as educators in the faith to those whose lot we share, supporting men and women of grace and goodwill everywhere in their efforts to form communities of the coming kingdom.” – Constitutions of the Congregation of Holy Cross, paragraph 12
